Process
Role and Responsibilties
At Dreamforce 2024, I played key roles in designing digital experiences for three major booths:
Saks Fifth Avenue & Salesforce
I helped design the booth showcasing how Salesforce enhances Saks' luxury shopping experience. The focus was on using data-driven insights and Agentforce technology to improve employee empowerment, service, and personalized customer interactions both online and in-store, delivering a high-end shopping journey.
FedEx & Salesforce
I contributed to the digital experience for FedEx, highlighting how data deepens customer connections. The partnership with Salesforce allows FedEx to transform sales and marketing through real-time insights, improving account tracking, engagement, and customer outreach, fostering stronger relationships and smarter interactions.
Salesforce Platform
I was part of the team that designed the Dreamforce booth for the Platform team. The focus was on showcasing AI apps and agents through low-code solutions, emphasizing security and privacy. Our booth featured interactive displays, custom collateral like keychains, branded t-shirts, and demo booths highlighting the DevOps lifecycle.
