Salesforce AI

As Lead Designer for Salesforce AI, I led the design of fifteen new product webpages for Dreamforce, the company's annual flagship conference, highlighting cloud solutions and AI innovations. My work focused on presenting new features, benefits, and pricing in a visually compelling way to drive user engagement and conversions. I ensured all designs aligned with Salesforce’s brand identity, followed UX/UI best practices, and were fully responsive across devices.

Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and the web team, we integrated interactive features, optimized pages for SEO, and conducted A/B testing to refine the user experience. Post-launch, I provided ongoing support by analyzing performance data and user feedback to continuously enhance site effectiveness and usability.

Process

Role and Responsibilties

User Research

The design process focused on understanding the business needs and customer base to create a clear, story-driven webpage that highlights core products and emphasizes customer benefits.

Design UI Screen through Storytelling

The goal is to craft resonant stories by speaking the customer’s language and directly addressing their unique challenges. Through clear, visual storytelling, we show how our products deliver meaningful solutions. A consistent design system—built on standardized layouts, brand elements, CTAs, interaction patterns, and messaging—supports this narrative and ensures a cohesive experience across all touchpoints. At the same time, intuitive navigation and a clear content hierarchy make it easy for users to access key information like product details, demos, and resources.

Focus on Macro and Micro Details

Display realistic UI screens to give prospects a visual understanding of our products. Highlight the core benefit of our solutions—emphasizing the experience and feelings they provide to both our customers and their end-users.

Outcomes

As a key milestone, the launch of the Salesforce AI pages played a critical role in marketing our products to prospective customers during Dreamforce. These core web pages served as one of the first points of contact for users, offering an essential platform for educating visitors about our latest product offerings and how we deliver value.

As the lead designer, I utilized the Salesforce Design System to fully develop and refine the website wireframes. This included updating marquee images, enhancing the product UI to showcase key features, refreshing partner logos, and contributing to the creation of new product templates and content blades. Our team’s work directly supported lead generation and improved customer engagement through a more informative and visually compelling digital experience.
